Rafael was the only one to let me know my coil might still be under warranty. I wouldn’t have known to ask. He saved me a ton of money on the part by first checking the warranty status. 2 other companies didn’t even mention it! It was stressful to be without cold air, but Rafa was very up-front, honest and reliable. He came when he said he would, and he didn’t leave until the job was done. We have call Rafael a couple of years ago for our old ac and he fixed the problem but did say we needed a new ac. He gave us a good price for a new but also started calling for other estimates. My husband decided to go with the guy who installed our old one. Long story short, we started having issues and we decided to call Rafael because we were very impressed the last time. He was prompt and honest and fixed the problem. If you are looking for an ac guy, He’s the one. Good work, very professional and an honest guy. Something you don’t get these days.

Mr. Silva provided a 100% professional service and I (and my AC) are better for it. He arrived just before the agreed appointment time. Mr. Silva was very conscientious in helping to keep my house clean; removed his shoes at the door and was very careful in the hallways and utility closet. He had the right tools and parts and due to his expertise, the work was accomplished in very little time. His prices were very fair and I am a very satisfied customer. Rafael answered the phone on the second ring and was very polite. He answered my questions and came right over to estimate the job. He determined that the ducts needed to be replaced. Rafael is wonderful! He came to my home after work on the very day I phoned to give me an estimate. He was very thorough in explaining exactly what he would do to clean and sanitize all of the ducts.
