Rafael was the only one to let me know my coil might still be under warranty. I wouldn’t have known to ask. He saved me a ton of money on the part by first checking the warranty status. 2 other companies didn’t even mention it! We have call Rafael a couple of years ago for our old ac and he fixed the problem but did say we needed a new ac. He gave us a good price for a new but also started calling for other estimates. My husband decided to go with the guy who installed our old one. Long story short, we started having issues and we decided to call Rafael because we were very impressed the last time. He was prompt and honest and fixed the problem. If you are looking for an ac guy, He’s the one. Good work, very professional and an honest guy. Something you don’t get these days.

Rafael fixed my AC with a new air handler blower motor and a new capacitor near the exterior condenser. Mr. Silva provided a 100% professional service and I (and my AC) are better for it. He arrived just before the agreed appointment time. Mr. Silva was very conscientious in helping to keep my house clean; removed his shoes at the door and was very careful in the hallways and utility closet. He had the right tools and parts and due to his expertise, the work was accomplished in very little time. His prices were very fair and I am a very satisfied customer. I would certainly call him again and recommend his service highly.

Rafael answered the phone on the second ring and was very polite. He answered my questions and came right over to estimate the job. He determined that the ducts needed to be replaced. He started the project and finished it on time. His price was competitive and his service was excellent!!!! I recommend him!
